How quickly can we work together? Are there waiting times?
Please contact us by telephone. In this initial conversation, we determine how we can help them further. As soon as the circumstances have been clarified, our experts can take care of their order - and provide a concrete start date.
Will I get a personal contact person?
Our goal is stability and mutual trust. Therefore, you will have a fixed contact person during the cooperation. This person is the bridge between you and the team of experts at AMZPro. However, it is possible that this will change for a short period of time during the project or that another person will join the team. This may be necessary if the complexity of the task makes another specialist indispensable.
Is there a minimum contract period or can I book the service on demand?
This is completely dependent on the product and the scope of service. We will discuss this issue with you in our first or second meeting. It is not advisable to book the service only for one month - because the production in Asia often takes longer. Communication should not change during an order. Most customers book the Buying Office Service for 6 months.
Do you have references?
We would like to give you our references. However, we would then have to publish the data of our customers - that is neither desired nor feasible due to the DSGVO. In addition, we have a self-imposed confidentiality guarantee. This is the only way we can protect our customers' ideas.
